Privacy notice for the NetSeed website.
This notice covers the public website and workspace-request form. A customer agreement may set separate terms for a deployed NetSeed service.

Information collected
When you request a workspace, the form asks for your company name, requested workspace ID, email address, phone number, and optional WeChat contact. We also receive the technical information normally produced when a browser submits a request, such as the time and network request metadata.
Why we use it
We use this information to review a workspace request, contact you about it, prevent abuse of the request endpoint, and maintain the security and reliability of the website. We do not use an application request to make an automated eligibility decision.
Where it goes
The request is sent over HTTPS to the NetSeed administration service at admin.haiyand.com. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate or review the request. Do not include secrets, credentials, or sensitive production data in the form.
Retention and your choices
We keep request information only for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain records required by law, or resolve security and support matters. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your request information by contacting hello@netseed.info. We may need to retain limited information where law or security obligations require it.
Updates
We may update this notice when the website or request process changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
